Sushant and Rajkummar reunite in Raabta

Sushant Singh Rajput and Rajkummar Rao come back together post Kai Po Che. Since then, both of them have had an interesting career graph. They have been doing different kinds of of roles and have earned goodwill and love from the audiences.By sheer chance the duo came together again in Raabta.

After the casting process was over director director Dinesh Vijan happen to casually mention it to Sushant that Rajkummar will be doing a cameo in the film. As soon as Sushant learnt this he immediately called Rajkumar. They spoke at length and were happy how they will once again get the chance to be on a filmset together. post pack up they used to to hangout

When they met on sets they were constantly interacting and used to even hangout post pack up.

Says Sushant “When Dinesh mentioned that Rajkummar will be doing a cameo in the film I was ecstatic! I have worked with him in my first film and there are so many learnings and memories I carry of the film. I immediately reached out to him.”

He further adds “We did not get to hangout as much on sets. It was a hectic schedule. We both had to do hours of makeup and I had some high action sequences which was very demanding. But, it just felt good to work with him again.”

Raabta starring Sushant Singh Rajput, Kriti Sanon and Jim Sarbh marks the debut of Dinesh Vijan as a director. Produced by  Dinesh Vijan , Bhushan Kumar and Homi Adajania  the film is set to release on 9th June.
