Kriti Kharbhanda who is a fitness enthusiast and likes doing different form of fitness training has now started following a new regime, playing different sports.
The gorgeous actress has started playing Squash, Tennis and Basketball as part of her new fitness regime besides working out in the gym. She ensures she plays one of these games once or twice a week for minimum two hours to increase her stamina.
A source says, “Since her school days, Kriti enjoys playing sports and she has been contemplating to make that an integral part of her fitness regime. Games like Squash, Tennis and Basketball really helps for a full body workout and at the same time it increases your stamina, core strength and everything is taken care of.”
