Maharashtra gives a thumbs up to  Arjun Rampal’s Daddy, increases the total number of screens by 35!

The man that Maharashtra feared and some people revered, Arun Gawlis life story is finally on the big screen in Daddy that hit the theatres on 8th September. Arjun Rampal who essays the role of the infamous gangster Arun Gawli in “Daddy” has received immense amount of love and respect from both his and Daddy fans, not only in the city but in Maharashtra. As a result the film has now increased the number of screens in the city by a cool 35! That’s right, 35 more screens for you to watch your favourite actor, deliver his best performance till date!

Arun Gawli aka Daddy holds a special place in every Mumbaikar & Maharashtrian’s heart especially in the central areas of Bombay. In order to celebrate Gawli’s spirit, Arjun Rampal left on a march and visited some of the very famous theaters of Dadar,Mumbai where he spotted followers of Gawli and him in a huge number waiting to greet him.

Arjun was overwhelmed by all the love and affection around him at all times.

Looking at this huge fan following and so much warmth around him,  we can blindly say that Mumbai and Maharashtrian’s are going crazy over Daddy, and with reason!
