Filmmaker Kranti Kanadé, will refund money if the viewer is disappointed with ‘CRD’

As a first in the history of Indian Cinema, the makers of CRD film, directed by National Award Winning filmmaker Kranti Kanadé, will refund money if the viewer is disappointed with the film. It releases in Indian metros in select cinemas on 29th Sep, and will expand from the second week to more venues – mainstream as well as parallel. “It’s often that viewers are disappointed with a film and that discourages them from visiting cinemas again soon, resulting in overall decline. This would be a sensible and sensitive way for the Producers to reinstate the faith of the audiences in the theatrical cinema going experience. In every other aspect of life we have the right to return and reclaim our fund. Why not apply that logic here as well? It’s a baby step, but a revolutionary one, and we hope it will soon be the future norm.” says the makers of the film. CRD has received rave reviews around the world with Los Angeles Times calling it “Enchanting & Audacious”, NDTV’s Saibal Chatterjee says “CRD is a classy, satisfying, magnificently inventive package. Refreshingly original, it is unlike any seen in years” and Namrata Joshi of The Hindu says, “It boldly goes where no Indian film has gone before.”
For the refund all you have to do is write on crdfilmrefund@gmail.com and your ticket cost plus petrol cost too would be refunded.
