Gauahar Khan’s sweet gesture for her mother!

Gauahar Khan, is known and loved for her fashion sense. The actress has always surprised the media and fans with her impeccable panache and elegance. Now, the fashionista is all set to embark a new journey by launching her own fashion line. The highlight of the same is that the actress will be launching it on her mother’s birthday.

As per sources, “ Gauahar has been waiting for this day since a really long time and believes that there couldn’t be a more auspicious day than her mother’s birthday for launching her new venture”.

Gauahar says, “These are exciting times for me. The plan was to launch this on an appropriate day and what better day it could be than my mom’s birthday as she has been my ultimate fashionista since my childhood.”

The actress continues, “As a kid I use to always admire the way our mom dressed us up, even though we had a humble living but my mom would make sure that she would not make her kids step out of the house without socks and shoes and also clips in my hair. So my sense of style comes a lot from my mom and the way she kept us. Her saree’s use to always mesmerise everybody around her and I use to always take pride in the way my mom carried her personality in any outfit she wore be it nightwear or sarees that I’m absolutely amazed with it even today.

Commenting further, Gauahar adds, “My moms birthday is always an extremely big day for me because I was the youngest in the family and my mom made sure that even in time when probably she couldn’t afford to have a party for me she would make my birthdays extremely special. I never would have a birthday without getting new clothes or distributing chocolates to my entire classmates in school. That’s why growing up I knew that I would make my mom’s birthday extremely special for the way she blessed me as a daughter. That’s how I always want to make my mom’s birthday special.”
