Sana Chikhalia reveals the secret behind bikini body of B-Town actresses

Once in a while, each one of us must have been in awe of a celebrity who gave us major fitness goals. The recent examples were Taapsee Pannu in Naam Shabana, Disha Patani in Baaghi 2 and others, who flaunted their abs, performed daredevil stunts and proved that women are not just to be objectified. For sure every commoner wishes to get their body in shape just like their role models but how difficult it could be?

Well, revealing the secrets behind a toned body, Sana Chikhalia, a Dubai based food blogger who was born in India says, “People have misconceptions that working out for 6-7 hours a day would be enough to stay fit. As per experts, what comes before exercising is your diet. Every successful actress who is confidently flaunting their body in bikinis never compromised with the type of food they consume.”

Elaborating further, Sana mentioned few important things that need to be kept in mind while planning your diet chart. “First and foremost, you should prefer low calorie and protein-rich food items which include salmon, chicken or beans.  Adding healthy fats to your diet won’t be a bad option either. Try consuming a good proportion of nuts, whole eggs, and avocado. Also, snack on products which aren’t processed.”

It’s not always about the type of food that you eat, but the manner in which you consume it. “Having smaller portion than one big meal would help you lose flab and get sexy abs. And don’t forget to chew your food well as it takes around 20 minutes for your stomach to realise it’s full,” she explains

“This is not all, you strictly need to cut down on sugary beverages and instead switch to flavoured water which will help you lose weight as well as brighten your skin. Since it reduces insulin level, you won’t feel hungry often.”

Sana recommends following a keto diet as one can follow the routine for a longer span without feeling the extreme effect of dieting.

That explains well how hard the leading ladies of film industry work to fit into their character and look good on the screen.
