Few actors do lose their heads and end up stooping to any level of publicity when they struggle to make it in B-town or so is what the netizens think seeing Vivek Oberois’s tweet on the ongoing elections.

Apparently the actor retweeted a meme in what he thought to be casual fun but ended up losing whatever little number of fans he was left when he started defending his act and even gave an excuse that his twitter account had been hacked since that afternoon. The meme took a dig at the current polls via Rai Bachchan’s personal life, as she had dated both Salman Khan and Oberoi himself and now is currently the ‘Bachchan Bahu’ with a child.

Even actor Sonam Kapoor who had a previous tiff with Rai Bachchan came to her defence by labeling Oberoi’s tweet as “disgusting and crass’. Many women slammed Vivek for dragging in a mother and a minor girl in what seems a supposed promotion gimmick his upcoming film based on PM Narendra Modi. To make matters worse he retweeted back on Sonam Kapoors comment by saying that she should overact and over react less in films and social media , respectively as he had been in the industry longer and been helping 2000 under privileged girls.

The actor came to late sense by apologizing to everyone who got offended and ended up deleting the tweet. Looks like Hardik Pandya has competition now
