Trailer review: Gandi Baat 3

Gandi Baat is Alt balaji’s first ever anthropology series that revolves jaround strange happenings in rural India and explores the different relations and taboos that exist in every section of the society but are considered as taboo and never discussed or spoken in open. Alt balaji is now back with the third season. The trailer launched on 19th july and is 2 minute 52 seconds long.

The story depicted reeks of bold and intimate scenes which has been the trade mark of the previous seasons. Full of masala, the trailer showcases a few explicit scenes.

It gives us a glimpse of four stories some of them titled, ‘Harpreet weds Harpreet’, ‘Rajkumar Honeymoon on wheels’, and ‘Sonam Chadh Gaye’. The current seasons stars Rushali Arora, Shiny Dixit, Sheeva Rana, Lalit Bisht, Bhawsheel Sahni, Rishikesh Ingle.

The sleaziness of the trailer is next level. It contains heavy doses of implied nudity, sexism and crude language.

Progressive? Well we don’t know about that but surely the trailer is an indication how the show is going to be- extremely seamy.
