Johny Lever to be a part of Coolie No. 1 remake

Johny lever know for his humorous acting, is set to work with Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali Khan in the remake of Coolie No.1 directed by David Dhawan.

The actor will be seen playing the role of Tiku Talsania, an inspector from the original film Coolie No.1. Here’s what the actor had to say, “I’ve worked with Davin Dhawan in many films including Deewana Mastana, Dulhan Hum Le Jayenge and Judwaa 2. It’s great to team uo with him again, he has a good understanding of comedy and we have been in sync since 90’s. It’s a wonderful role.”

Earlier Varun Dhawan had revealed that this film is not exactly a remake. “When we do something like this, the idea is that the essense has to be the same. But at the same time, the film is completely different. It is not a remake, it is an adaptation. But the title is the same.
