Shemaroo Enters Broadcast World With First Marathi Movie Channel

Shemaroo Entertainment launched ita first Free To Air TV channel called Shemaroo Marathi Bana at a glitzy event at a five star in Mumbai. Shemaroo Marathi Bana plans to be the station for some of the most popular and unseen Marathi movies , plays and drama’s. The channel specifically targets Marathi speaking audience .
At the event of the channel launch, Hiren Gada , CEO of Shemaroo Entertainment Limited said, “The purpose of the channel is to expand Shemaroo’s presence in the Marathi speaking audience. He further said, “We have a strongfoothold in the media and entertainment industry. Taking the legacy forward, we will be known for tapping on humongous consumer base for Marathi speaking audience through our channel.”
The event was grace by a host of popular Marathi cinestars including Swapnil Joshi , Siddharth Jadhav , Aadinath Kothare, Mahesh Kothare, Varsha Usgaonker , Jaywant Pandhurang , Vijay Kadam , Vijay Patkar, Santosh Juekar. All the celebrities congragulated Shemaroo on its new venture.
