Meet the hot, sexy and classy Ritika Narwariya, fitness trainer and model – Our Model Of The Week

She is classy, she is sexy, she is elegant. Meet Ritika Narwariya, a fitness trainer and nutrition consultant by profession and an aspiring model. One look at Ritika’s Instagram page and her fitness routine and jaw droppingly gorgeous and fit body will be enough to inspire you and set new fitness goals. Originally hailing from Madhya Pradesh, Ritika is now based out of Mumbai where she trains people in fitness and helps them out in eating right by charting out their diet plan.

Ritika’s journey into fitness started when she was in college and it her transformation into the hot body she owns now has been a result of years of training and hard work. “As a kid I had a low self- esteem. I had lots of self- doubts about myself and my body. I then started working out when I was in college. I used to work out at home itself by watching YouTube videos. I learnt a lot about different forms of exercises and the way to do it by watching online videos. I then learnt Pilates, yoga and Zumba through YouTube. Exercise and fitness changed me completely.  I was a shy person to begin with but now I have transformed my complete personality now from being an introvert, shy person to becoming an outgoing person who is confident about my own body and skin.”

While Ritika took up fitness to transform her own self, it was only later she realised that fitness is her true calling professionally as well. An engineer by profession, Ritika first shifted to Pune for an IT job but soon enough she discovered her passion lies somewhere else. “I realised the job I was doing was not my thing and I couldn’t keep on stretching it any longer.  It was then I thought of channelising my passion for fitness into my profession. I got a chance to teach Pilates in a gym. So, side by side along with my IT job, I used to train people in fitness. Finally in 2017, I left my job and started with fitness training completely. I initially started with group classes and then I did nutrition course and personal training courses. Today I have very good experience in training a huge number of people, handling huge crowd. I have done all these in Pune.”

It was during the pandemic when Ritika shifted her attention to online training. “During Covid I went back home and started taking online classes. I shifted Mumbai early this year and have been doing a lot of online training. Mumbai has helped me increase my client base. I am now looking to train celebrities. I am very good coach and I am looking to get into celebrity training.”

Ritika’s interest in modelling happened when she was talking to a friend. “I have a friend who is from the glamour industry and while talking to him, he suggested that I could try modelling. He said that I have a great body and personality and I could be a good model. I thought why not give it a try.”

For now, Ritika is focused on doing photoshoots. “I am not very tall. So I don’t think I will be a fit for ramp modelling. But I would like to do photoshoots, concept shoots, shoots that break stereotypes are things that I am focusing on currently.”

She signs off by saying, “Fitness is my passion. Healthy food and exercise, eat right sleep right is what I live for. Then comes modelling which I would like to explore.”

Ritika’s fitness and diet routine

I’m a person of routine and schedule.

  1. Wake up around 6am. I take my online sessions then go to the gym for my workout. This is my happy hour.
  2. By 11, I have more sessions to take online again.
  3. I’m usually done by 1:15 in the afternoon.
  4. Mostly, I do my meal prep on my own. Cooking meals like dal, chawal, sautéed veggies. Else, if I order I make sure it is from a trusted place which will provide good healthy food with less oil and masalas.
  5. I take an afternoon nap to give myself a break before more sessions in the evening.
  6. I am a conscious eater and a vegetarian.
  7. Not really into sweet, fried food, spicy food or maida food. I don’t like it.
  8. Love eating sizzlers, tandoor platters and paneer Parathas outside.
  9. I consider food as our fuel and medicine both so I consciously choose what I out in my body.
