Akshay Kumar congratulates Shah Rukh Khan for Jawan’s ‘massive success’

Fans and critics alike have praised and appreciated the Jawan movie starring Shah Rukh Khan, Nayanthara and other big names. The movie was released on September 7, and to mark the occasion, fans organized lovely fan projects for both inside and outside theaters. After the movie’s release, several celebrities posted praise for the film on various social media platforms. Acknowledging Shah Rukh Khan for the success of Jawan, Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar has since joined the conversation. The actor recently thanked the Jawan actor and cited one of our tweets that showed the box office figures. SRK responded to Akshay’s message as well.

On September 11, Akshay Kumar took to his X (formerly Twitter) and congratulated Shah Rukh Khan for Jawan’s blockbuster success. Quoting one of our tweets, Akshay wrote, “What massive success!! Congratulations my jawan Pathaan @iamsrk (clap emoji) Our films are back and how.” Reacting to Akshay’s message, SRK replied, “Aap ne Dua maangi na hum sab ke liye toh kaise khaali jayegi. All the best and stay healthy Khiladi! Love u.”

Speaking of Akshay, his most recent movie, OMG 2, earned a lot of positive reviews and did exceptionally well at the box office. The movie was released on August 11, 2023, the same day as Sunny Deol’s Gadar 2. Pankaj Tripathi and Yami Gautam starred in OMG 2 as well.

On the other side, Jawan had a phenomenal start. Fans were won over by the movie’s action-packed scenes, stirring dialogue, superb acting, and catchy, uplifting music.

Apart from SRK, Jawan stars Vijay Sethupathi as the main antagonist. Nayanthara made her Bollywood debut with Atlee’s directorial and received love from fans for her amazing acting.Deepika Padukone made a special appearance in the film and garnered lots of praise from Bollywood celebrities and fans. Apart from them, the cast of the film also features Sanya Malhotra, Sanjeeta Bhattacharya, Lehar Khan, Girija Oak, Aaliyah Qureishi, and Priyamani as Shah Rukh’s gang of girls. Sunil Grover, Mukesh Chhabra, Eijaz Khan, Jaffer Sadiq, and Naresh Gossain among others played key roles in Jawan.
