Jawan Day 5 Box Office Collection: Shah Rukh Khan Film Crosses 300 Crore nett in India

Five days after its release, Jawan, directed by Atlee, has surpassed the 300 crore club at the domestic box office. The action-thriller is now the third Hindi movie to gross more than 300 crore in India this year. On Thursday of last week, Jawan was released in theaters in Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi.

Early estimates indicate that on its fifth day, Jawan made 30 crore net in India across all languages. Jawan made 75 crore (in Hindi, 65.5 crore, Tamil, and Telugu), 53.23 crore (in Hindi, 46.23 crore, Tamil, 3.87 crore, and Telugu, 3.13 crore), 77.83 crore (in Hindi, 68.72 crore, Tamil, and Telugu, 3.77 crore), and 80.1 crore (in Hindi, 71.63 crore, 5 crore, and Telugu, 3.47 crore) on day four. The movie has so far made a total of 316.16 crore in India.

Jawan broke the record for the quickest Hindi film to earn 500 crores worldwide. The movie achieved this feat in just four days. The film’s production company, Red Chillies Entertainment, celebrated this outstanding accomplishment on Monday by posting the news on Instagram. In its first weekend, Jawan brought in a total of 520.79 crore at the global box office.

Reacting to fans’ positive response after watching Jawan, Shah Rukh Khan shared a note on X (formerly known as Twitter). He wrote, “Thank you for all the love and appreciation for #Jawan!! Stay safe and happy… Please keep sending in the pics and videos of all of you enjoying the movies…. And I will be back soon to see all of them! Until then… Party with Jawan in the theatres!! Lots of love and gratitude!”

The film stars Shah Rukh Khan, Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupati in the lead roles. It also has special appearances by Deepika Padukone and Sanjay Dutt. The film also stars Sanya Malhotra, Priyamani, Girija Oak, Sanjeeta Bhattacharya, Lehar Khan, Aaliyah Qureshi, Ridhi Dogra, and Sunil Grover.
