Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh stunned fans as they walked the ramp for Manish Malhotra’s couture event in Mumbai last night. Alia wore an ethereal black lehenga that was adorned with intricate gold hand embroidery all over. Her blouse featured a plunging neckline and triangle sleeves while her beautiful lehenga had heavy gold work all over. On the other hand, Ranveer Singh, walked the ramp in a stunning three piece ensemble. His outfit featured a sherwani made of netted fabric adorned with intricate silver embroidery all over. What caught people’s attention was Ranveer stopping amid the walk to plant a kiss on Deepika’s cheek; Husband goals indeed! He also touched his mothers feet who was seated right beside Deepika. Social media outlets have shared various pictures and videos from the event. Alia’s walk got a mixed reaction from netizens. Some viewers commented that Alia appeared uncomfortable and pretentious in the video, struggling to maintain grace. Another Instagram user observed that walking seemed challenging for her in the outfit. A few viewers said that actors are meant for acting, not ramp walks. However, fans admired Alia’s gorgeous dress, expressing sympathy for her difficulties while acknowledging her beauty and suggesting the need for more rehearsals due to busy promotional schedules.
