Kangana Ranaut Starrer Chandramukhi 2 first look unveiled

Chandramukhi 2 is a sequel to a Tamil movie Chandramukhi which starred Rajanikanth and Jyothi in titular roles. Bollywood movie Bhool Bhulaiyaa was inspired by Chandramukhi. The name Chandramukhi stems from the famous dancer in the court of the  King who had fallen for her charms and beauty but Chandramukhi was not ready to accept him as she was already in love with someone. This angered the King and blinded him with venegance and the drama that unfolds consequently. This version of the story is more or less same in both Bhool Bhulaiyaa, which happens to be an integral part of the story and is introduced to the audience.

Chandramukhi 2 seems to be an extension of that. Recently, first look of Kangana Ranaut from the film was unveiled. She looked absolutely regal as Chandramukhi. She donned a green and golden saree paired with heavy golden jewellery. Her strong and majestic aura exuded from the look. Taking to Instagram on Friday, Lyca Productions treated fans with a video featuring Kangana and captioned it, “The wait is over! The QUEEN who’s been ruling our hearts for years with her Boldness, Beauty & Character is back! Stay tuned as we reveal the 1st look of @kanganaranaut from #Chandramukhi2 tomorrow at 11AM!”.

Produced by Lyca Productions and Subaskaran the film will release in September in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada.
