Divyanka Tripathi’s Srilanka trip!
TV actress Divyanka Tripathi aka Ishita of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein has gone for a hort trip to Sri Lanka on 4th January. to take out time from her hectic shooting schedules is not easy for her.
Divyanka says,”It is my second professional trip.I mostly have very short one or two days professional trips in India and abroad but they are always welcome as they are very refreshing work wise and mentally.We actor live a monotonous and strenuous life. It’s important to break the cycle at times and do something different from the regular to maintain a healthy balance.It may or may not be a leisure trip, but different places, different people, different cultures give you a fresh perspective towards living.”
The actress further adds,”They welcomed me with a grand Sri Lankan traditional performances .I had a prayer meet with the Buddhist monks.I enjoyed a lot.”
When asked about the ramp show the actress says,”It was a bridal ramp show.My look was a Sri Lanka’s traditional bride look.There is one picture of mine with a real Sri Lankan bride ready for her marriage.The dress weighed 17 kilograms with complete diamante work. and combined with real 24k jewellery. I was under going a special ‘bridal workout’ owing to this very heavy dress.”
