To avoid Rivalry with Saaho, Shraddha Kapoor’s Chhichhore release to be postponed

Saaho starring Shradhha Kapoor and Prabhas which was earlier set to release on 15 August has now been delayed by 15 days. Two other big films are set to release this independence day is Batla house and Mission Mangal.

According to a report by Mumbai Mirror, the film is moved because of the pending VFX work. The final edit, is not locked yet and the final call pertaining the film’s release date will be taken only when VFX work is completed.

Now that It is confirmed , Saaho’s release date is shifted it is about to clash with Nitesh Tiwari’s Chhichhore. It features Sushant Singh Rajput and Shradhha Kapoor in the lead.

Chhichhore is a story about a group of friends, how they progress from college life into middle aged life and how they get separated later on. Prateik Babbar, Varun Sharma and Tahir Raj will also be seen playing major roles

According to the report, to avoid competition and have ample of breathing space. The makers of the film have decided to postpone the release date by a week that is by September 6th. Official statement is yet to be made.
