Dream Girl 2: Pooja’s first look finally out!

Dream Girl was a movie released in the year 2019 and was much loved  and appreciated by the viewers. It starred Ayushamann Khurrana along with Nushrat Bharucha. This year, team Dream Girl is back with a sequel. It is starring Ayushamann Khurrana as the iconic character Pooja along with Karam. He’ll be seen doing a double role. Recently, the makers of Dream Girl 2 had released a promo of an amusing phone call conversation between Pooja (Ayushamann) and Rocky Randhawa from RARKP. It left fans excited and curious to know more. Today, taking to his Instagram, the actor revealed the look and poster from the movie. Sharing the first look poster of Dream Girl 2, Ayushmann wrote on Instagram, “Yeh toh sirf pehli jhalak hai. Objects in the mirror are more khoobsurat than they appear’’. His wife Tahira Kashyap loved the poster as she left a heart eyes emoji and a fire emoji in the comments section. Actor Amruta Kahnvilkar wrote, “Areeee koi seeti bajao”. A fan added. “Can’t wait for this.” Another wrote, “soooo excited.”

In the poster, we’re able to see the actor leaning in front of a mirror, dressed like Pooja in a blouse and skirt with a wig and makeup. We must say, Ayushamann definitely nailed this look. On the other side, we can see him as his other character ‘Karam’ in a light pink T shirt. Talking about Dream Girl 2, Ayushmann earlier said, “I am super stoked about Dream Girl 2! This is my second outing with Balaji Motion Pictures and I am thankful to Ektaa that she has carried this franchise forward and made it bigger. I have found a friend in Raaj and its exciting to team up with him again. Ananya Panday has been paired with me and I am looking forward to see the audience reaction to our chemistry.”

Besides Ayushmann, the film stars Ananya Panday, Annu Kapoor, Paresh Rawal, Asrani, Manjot Singh and Vijay Raaz among others. The film is all set to release in theatres on August 25.
