Rohit Shetty issues official statement on Singham Again casting

There has been a lot of speculation regarding Singham Again casting as to which actor would join onboard this Ajay Devgan starrer. Recent reports suggested that Vicky Kaushal had joined the cop universe of Singham and was slated to play the role of a cop. However, it is being speculated that Vicky had to back out owing to the dates of Singham Again clashing with his film Chhava.

However, it looks like all these could be nothing but speculation. Rohit Shetty Picturez issued a statement which read: “There have been many speculations doing rounds about the starcast in Rohit Shetty’s next directorial , Singham Again. The film is currently in pre production. We kindly request media to refrain from making any premature announcemwnts at this stage. We will be making an official starcast announcement soon.
