Phoenix Mills Launches ‘Phoenix Shopping League 2026’ With Krunal Pandya, Reinventing India’s Biggest Shopping Season

Phoenix Mills has launched Phoenix Shopping League (PSL) 2026, India's first sports-inspired shopping league, with cricketer Krunal Pandya. The initiative transforms the traditional End-of-Season Sale into an immersive shopping experience featuring rewards, league rankings, exclusive vaults, and experiential activations across major Phoenix malls in India.

The Phoenix Mills Limited (PML) has unveiled Phoenix Shopping League (PSL) 2026, a first-of-its-kind sports-inspired shopping festival that transforms the traditional End-of-Season Sale (EOSS) into an immersive league-style experience. Inspired by the popularity of major sporting tournaments such as the IPL, Women’s Premier League, and FIFA competitions, the initiative aims to bring the excitement of sports into the world of retail.

The campaign was officially launched by Indian cricketer Krunal Pandya at Phoenix Palladium Ahmedabad, marking the beginning of a nationwide celebration across key Phoenix destinations including Phoenix Palladium Mumbai, Phoenix Marketcity Mumbai, Phoenix Citadel Indore, and Phoenix Palassio Lucknow.

Starting June 18, shoppers can participate in the league by shopping across more than 500 national and international brands. Every purchase earns points, allowing customers to build their league scores, climb rankings, and unlock a variety of rewards and exclusive experiences.

One of the key attractions of the initiative is the Phoenix Shopping League Vaults. As shoppers reach qualifying milestones, they gain access to these special vaults located across participating malls. The vaults offer rewards ranging from shopping vouchers and premium merchandise to dining privileges, entertainment benefits, curated experiences, and surprise grand prizes.

To recreate the atmosphere of a sporting event, Phoenix destinations will feature league-themed décor, large-scale installations, branded engagement zones, interactive activations, and sport-inspired navigation elements. The objective is to create an environment where shopping feels competitive, rewarding, and entertaining.

Speaking at the launch, Krunal Pandya said that people eagerly await shopping seasons because of the offers and experiences they bring. He noted that Phoenix Shopping League introduces a new layer of excitement by blending the spirit of sports with retail, creating a more engaging and rewarding experience for shoppers of all ages.

Commenting on the initiative, Mayank Lalpuria, Director – Marketing at The Phoenix Mills Ltd., said that sport has a unique ability to inspire participation and foster community engagement. He explained that Phoenix Shopping League combines the thrill of sports with one of the country’s biggest shopping periods, allowing customers to enjoy their favourite brands while competing for rewards and experiences.

The initiative reflects a growing consumer preference for experiences that go beyond conventional shopping. With millennials and Gen Z increasingly seeking entertainment, engagement, and community-driven activities, Phoenix Shopping League aims to offer a retail format that is interactive, experiential, and highly rewarding.

Through PSL 2026, Phoenix Mills continues its vision of transforming its destinations into vibrant lifestyle hubs that blend shopping, entertainment, hospitality, and community engagement. By bringing together retail, gamification, and sports-inspired experiences, the company hopes to redefine India’s shopping season and create a unique celebration for consumers across the country.
